Monster Hunter Hurricurse 2: Invasion

Prologue: The new dream...

Hurricurse was dreaming again, but this was not a dream about Liniar, or about ARK Island.

No, It was a dream about him, his friends, and a unfamiliar person, whith a pair of Gore Magala like wings. That "Person", was descending from the sky, in the midst of the ruins that was a village during one of it's festivals. He grinned, and spoke.

"I am coming for you, brother!"

Hurricurse was confused about what the person meant, but as the person actually summoned a sword in hand, and rushed towards Hurricurse, the dream stopped.

Hurricurse woke up. He was still living with Kisisa in her Family farm. He got up from bed, all confused about the recent dream.

What was that dream all about? Hurricurse wondered to himself. And What did that person mean when he refered to me as "Brother"?

But Hurricurse had no time to think about it. It was time for him to get up to see Kisisa, Arion and Genecid. He rushed to get ready, and got his Fatalis armor on, and went out the door to see Kisisa, Arion, and Genecid all ready for an upcoming event, waiting for Hurricurse to get up.

Kisisa smiled, but Arion only laughed.

"About time you got up Hurricurse!" Arion said. "We were about to leave for the Revalian Festival without you."

Hurricurse shrugged. "Well I am up am I? So lets go!"

Genecid smiled and shook his head. "Still as eager for new things as ever! I like that!"

Kisisa came to Hurricurse, and held his hand. "We will go there together now. The Festival will be held in Yokohama Village, which is just near the Pride Savannah. Who knows, we might find Scar and Stardust there!"

Hurricurse smiled at this thought. The war in Revalius was long over, so maybe Stardust and Scar can also celebrate with the humans for once. But He did not need to shapeshift to get there, since a familar Teostra came down from the sky, It was Ignitus! But he was not alone for once, as a Lunastra was by his side.

Ignitus seemed to smile. I have heard that you, Team Hurricane, might need some transportation. So Me and My darling mate, Blaze, have decided to help out.

The Lunastra, Blaze, nudged Ignitus in affection, and turned to Hurricurse and his friends.

Thank goodness the war is finally over. If It was still going on, Me and Ignitus would never have met. I thank you for that Hurricurse. So helping out is the least I could do.

Hurricurse smiled. He did indeed meet Blaze while he and Ignitus were flying together after the war was over. When Ignitus saw Blaze, it was love at first sight. He never seen a more beautiful Lunastra in his life. Hurricurse was happy for his old friend at the time.

But a time to chat would have to come some other time, since if the group did not hurry, they would miss the festival. Hurricurse and Kisisa got on Ignitus' back, Arion and Genecid got on Blaze's, and they took off to Yokohama Village.

Chapter 1: The Festival

The trip was short, thanks to Ignitus and Blaze's help, and the Revalian Festival was only beginning.

Hurricurse has never been to a Festival before, so this occasion would be special for him. The group stayed together, as they went to the festival.

This was the First "Annual Revalian Festival", to celebrate the end of the Revalius Monster War, and the fall of the Demons of Revalius. Humans were not the only species celebrating here, since there were Vixenians, Fox like Lynians, and Felynes all over, as well as a few monsters that wanted to see the celebration for themselves, Scar the Seregios and Stardust the Monoblos included.

One would think that the sight of a Seregios and a Monoblos here in the middle of a Village Festival would cause panic, but since the monster war was over, no one had anything to fear.

Stardust was not really into "Celebrations", but Scar was enjoying it, and thats all that mattered to Stardust.

Hurricurse was enjoying the festival already, as was Kisisa. At least they were having fun being together here. Arion was already having fun here at the musical attractions, where she got a new Hunting Horn as a souveneir. Genecid was, although he would hate to admit it, actually having at least some enjoyment here.

Hurricurse was looking at a shopping tent that had jewelery, and trinkets of all sorts. But one certain circlet caught his eye. It was silver in color, and had Daimonds on it. He thought it would make an excellent gift for Kisisa, who was looking at an art studio at the time.

He paid full price for the circlet, and, while it was expensive, he still had alot of zenny to spare so he could get another gift for Kisisa, a Golden Ring with a Daimond on top, with a pattern on the surface of the ring itself that looked like waves of an ocean. He would keep the ring a secret until later, when the time was right. For now, he would give the circlet to Kisisa.

When he did, Kisisa was happy. And when she put it on her head, Hurricurse smiled. Kisisa looked even more beautiful with the circlet on.

Then something caught Hurricurse's eye. When Kisisa turned to see what Hurricurse was looking at, She realized what it was.

It was a Vixenian child. A girl. She was alone, with no sign of her parents. She was sitting on a Barrel near the Festival's own Pub.

Hurricurse and Kisisa came to the Vixenian child. The girl looked up, with tears in her eyes.

Hurricurse was the first to ask her something. "What's wrong? Where are your parents?"

The Vixenian girl was a little shy at first, but then spoke up. "I don't know. I got seperated from my mother. I'm scared."

Hurricurse and Kisisa knew they had to help her. Hurricurse offered to help the child look for her parents.

The Vixenian Child looked up, looking shocked that someone even bothered to help. "Really? You would do that?"

Hurricurse smiled. "Sure. In fact, I might be able to help in more ways than one. What is your name?"

The Vixenian child smiled. "Carmelita Fennec"

Kisisa smiled. "That's a pretty name. I am Kisisa, and he is Hurricurse."

When Hurricurse, Kisisa and Carmelita began their search, they began at the "Child Search and Reunion" Area of the Festival, which was meant for people who lost track of their children in the Festival. They did not have to search for long, since They saw a Female Vixenian, looking worried, crying. Carmelita recognized that individual, and rushed.

"Mother!" Carmelita yelled.

The crying Vixenian looked up, and saw Carmelita, and rushed to her in open arms. "Carmelita!"

When the Mother and Carmelita were reunited, Carmelita told her mother about Hurricurse and Kisisa. The mother came to Hurricurse and Kisisa, and thanked them.

"I was so worried! I was afraid that I would never see Carmelita again!"

Hurricurse smiled. "We are just glad that you and Carmelita are together again."

When Hurricurse and Kisisa went out, they went to meet Genecid and Arion, so they could go to what could be the most important event of the Festival:

That event was the "Revalius Fighting Tournament", where people could challenge each other in a brawl.

Hurricurse was, naturally, going to attend. Kisisa told him that She, Arion and Genecid would be cheering him on.

Of course that would mean, to Hurricurse, that he should not Shapeshift, otherwise he would be disqualified. Of course, he did not see that as an issue. He was not Drunk like the other people who were attending, and he had experience fighting.

Chapter 2: Yuki, The Queen of Bounty Hunters!

Hurricurse was prepared for a good fight, and the first few challengers were no problem for him. Those challengers were drunk, and Hurricurse was not (he did not believe in drinking anyway), but the thrid challenger would catch him off gaurd.

"All right! Lets give the next challenger a beating he won't forget!" He said.

What would catch him off gaurd was a laugh that was not from a man, but rather a woman. When she came into the stage, she took of her cape, revealing her full attire, Long blue pants, a Leather jacket, and a Western styled hat, like that found in Wroggi armor sets. She also had red long hair.

Thats when she introduced herself.

"Battle, for the money! Good or Bad, Soley for the money! I am Yuki! Queen of Bounty Hunters!"

Hurricurse laughed a little. "Never heard of you before!"

Yuki was just a "little" angry. "Insults! Those won't get you anywhere with me Hurricurse!"

Hurricurse was caught off gaurd when she said his name. "How do you know me?"

Yuki laughed a little. "I have been bounty hunting for years! Yet No man will give me as much joy in hunting as you will Hurricurse, so I did my research, and prepared accordingly! You will fall to me, and the Bounty Hunter's Guild will pay me hansomely! But for now, lets give the audience what they came for!"

She put on her Black Gloves, and went into a pugilist styled stance.

Hurricurse grinned. "This should be fun!"

When the battle started, Hurricurse tried to get the first strike, but Yuki grabbed his fist and punched him in the chest, knocking the wind out of him for a while. Hurricurse was not prepared for such a quick and able fighter.

When he caught his breath, he decided to do something that Yuki would not expect. Yuki jumped into the air and prepared to kick him in the head, but Hurricurse quickly got out of the way and grabbed Yuki's leg, and threw her towards the other side of the stage.

This fight went on for what felt like half an hour, when suddenly, a very loud sound came from outside of the Arena tent, and when it stopped, a Tremor occured.

Everyone was told to evacuate, but Yuki was not done. "HEY! Are we going to finish this?"

Hurricurse tried to reason with Yuki. "If we don't get out of here, the whole arena is going to collapse and squash us!"

Yuki, surprisingly, seemed to agree. She and Hurricurse got out of the Arena Tent.

Hurricurse met with Kisisa, Arion and Genecid, and what they saw would change their lives forever.

Chapter 3: The invasion starts!

What they saw looked like a ship of some sort, and it was large! It was easilyas big as a Dalamadur, if not bigger! The lower part of the ship opened, and out came reptillian like creatures, and mechanical like beasts. These creatures attacked the area.

Everyone was in panick now, and the local security tried to evacuate everyone. But People were being slaughtered like mosswine! Were these the "Ssi-Ruvi" That Melandru the Zeoblaze mentioned so long ago? If so, then Hurricurse realized what he had to do. He had to help the locals evacuate!

He turned  to Kisisa. "Kisisa, You need to get out of here!"

Kisisa was more worried about Hurricurse. "What about you?!"

Hurricurse held Kisisa's hands. "I am more concerned about your well being. Go with the other people and get out of here! I will help the other people evacuate. This is only going to get worse!"

With that, he rushed and turned into a Rathalos, and flew into the skies, and shot fireballs into the Armies of Ssi-ruvi and their mechanical beasts!

Scar the Seregios and Stardust the Monoblos both went to help Hurricurse, and attempted to slow down the Ssi-ruvi assault. But for all of Hurricurse, Scar and Stardust's courage, they were only delaying the inevitable. Soon, the whole village of Yokohama would be swarmed with Ssi-ruvi soldiers.

Kisisa, Arion and Genecid were going with the crowd, but then Kisisa heard a cry for help. It was Carmelita! She was trapped! Her foot was caught underneath a Wooden tent support.

When Kisisa was about to help her, she saw that Crmelita's mother was nowhere to be found. But this did not stop her from trying to help Carmelita. She, with the help of Arion and Genecid,  lifted the wooden pillar off the ground, and Kisisa helped Carmelita out, since her leg was now broken from the ordeal.

Then they found Carmelita's mother, motionless on the ground. She was not moving or breathing. Carmelita limped towards her mother, and shook her, to no avail.

This brought tears to Kisisa's eyes, because she knew that the worst has happpened to Carmelita's mother.

Carmelita cried. Kisisa came to her, and spoke. "Come on, Your mother would want you to live on. Lets get you out of danger!"

Meanwhile......

Hurricurse was changing from one form to another, trying to slow down the Ssi-ruvi's assault. Scar the Seregios peirced many Ssi-ruvi's bodies with his razor sharp scales, and Stardust Skewered many more on with his horn. But they had to fall back, since there were now to many of them.

As Hurricurse, Scar and Stardust retreated, Hurricurse turned around to see a "Human" figure, with Gore Magala like wings, with red eyes, wearing a peculiar armor. It was the same man from his dream! But he did not have time for questions, he had to go.

The man with Gore Magala like wings was laughing. A ssi-ruvi officer came to him, and made his report.

"Commander Goajiroth, We have made a successful Invasion. The Whole Village is lost to the humans! We are one step closer to claiming this planet as our own!"

The man, apparently Goajiroth, gave a smirk. "And I will see to that Hurricurse gets the message we are giving to him! Our Lord will be most pleased."

Chapter 4: The Refugee camp

Yokohama village was destroyed, and most of it's inhabitants were indeed evacuated, but many more, however, are either lost, dead or dying. For some of the survivors, the terror was over for now, but live in fear of what may come tomorrow.

But for others, there would be no tomorrow, as the death toll kept on rising eversince the ordeal. The refugees were now at a camp near Central City, where the Government of Revalius offered food, drink and shelter for the refugees who lost their homes since the "Yokohama Incident" as it was now being called.

Kisisa, Genecid, Arion, and Hurricurse were at Central City, along with  Carmelita, the Vixenian child, who was torn by the loss of her mother. Her leg had been patched up, so most of the pain she had was due to personal loss.

Hurricurse sat next to Carmelita, and put his hand on her shoulder. "I'm sorry about your mother Carmelita, I really am."

Carmelita was silent. Hurricurse knew what she was going through all too well. It was the same feeling he had when Liniar was killed by Sapphire's men during the "ARK Island incident", as he liked to call it. It was a painful subject for him to bring up, even now.

Carmelita sighed. "Hurricurse... Will we all die?"

Hurrricurse knew that Carmelita was also a bit scared. But he spoke softly. "No, we won't. I promise you, it will be all right."

But even Hurricurse was beginning to doubt himself. The Ssi-ruvi had much more soldiers than any human civilization on this planet could even muster. That, and their technology is far superior to the human race.

A few Minutes later, he got up and started to walk around. Hurricurse would wonder to himself why the Ssi-ruvi would attack this world. But his thoughts would have to wait, as a hawk with a message on it's leg landed on his shoulder. He took the message off the leg of the hawk, and read it.

Come to Central City's Castle at once Hurricurse, and bring your friends. We wish to speak to you personally. We will discuss this further later.

-King Talos

King Talos was the King of the Revalius region at the time, so to be contacted directly was an honor. Hurricurse gathered his friends and they set off to the castle inside Central City at once. They wondered why the king would want to speak to them.

Chapter 5: The New Mission

When Hurricurse and his friends were at the castle, and stepped inside, they were greeted by King Talos himself. He was a proper man, and he spoke.

"I have heard of your adventures to end the Monster War in Revalius a year ago, and you succeeded. I admire you for that. But that is not what this is about. These Invaders we are dealing with are slaughtering our people. Yokohama Village was the first to feel their wrath, and I fear it won't be the last! Which is why I wanted you, Team Hurricane! We want you to help us in this new war! The Invaders have resisted all attempts on diplomacy, so we can safely assume they are a hostile race, and seek to take this planet over. Our spies did give us some special information that we thought would help us after the Yokohama Incident."

Hurricurse wondered what this information could be, until one of the spies, in Nargacuga armor, showed himself. He revealed that the Ssi-ruvi are being led by a Human like creature, with Gore Magala like Wings. Hurricurse realized for sure that this "Creature" was in fact the person in his dream he had before the festival. Was this a coincidence? Or was he missing an important clue?

The Spy also revealed that the Ssi-ruvi seem to be planning something big for the human race, but what that plan was would shock Hurricurse even further.

The Ssi-ruvi were planning to Take over the world, and enslave anyone who they did not kill, and kill those who attempted to resist them. Apparently, the Ssi-ruvi were going to breed the humans like Aptonoth or Gargwa, not for food, but for a source of energy for their technology. Their own technology apparently uses the life force of living things to power their machines, and other peices of technology. They saw humans as a plentiful source of "dependable energy". How the Ssi-ruvi extract the life forces of living things is unclear, but it can't be a pleasant experience.

Hurricurse knew that he had more of a reason to defeat the Ssi-ruvi. He would not stand idle while the Ssi-ruvi slaughtered innocents and enslaved others. But he wondered how the spy came to gather all this information.

The spy claimed to have overheard a conversation between Ssi-ruvi, and somehow, they spoke the same language as humans, although it seemed unlikely that they would dare to chat with humans.

King Talos then gave the details of Team Hurricane's new mission. They needed to help the Revalius region fight off the Ssi-ruvi invaders, while the Government gathers enough men and women willing to fight to fight off the invaders.

King Talos gave Kisisa a new Brachydios bow, and Arion a new Zinogre Gunlance. Genecid stuck with his Chakrams, and Hurricurse to his Dios Katana.

King Talos then gave them a first part of their mission, they would go into what was left of Yokohama Village, and find out what the Ssi-ruvi are plotting now. Any information that the team could gather will be useful in the long run.

The Team set off to the ruins of Yokohama village that day.

Chapter 6: The Ruins...

When Hurricurse and his team got to the outskirts of the ruins that used to be Yokohama village, the sight of the ruins was enough to bring tears to one's eyes. Nearly every building was destroyed, and the place was more like a ghost town now, with virtually no signs of life.

Hurricurse and the team hid behind a ruined building as a line of Ssi-ruvi soldiers made their way to the center of the ruins. When all but two of the soldiers were gone from sight, the said soldiers were talking.

"Ssssay brother, why doessss commander Goajiroth not lead ussss to the place that the humansss call Central City now?" Asked one of the Ssi-ruvi. "We could easily sssquasssh the humans like insssectsss with our sssheer numbersss!"

The second Ssi ruvi laughed at this thought.

"While I think that would be fun, I think our commander would rather wait until the vermin are ssssure that they are well prepared with an army! The fools! Their technology isss nothing compared to oursss, and itsss alot more fun to break an entire race when their "Warriorsss" are long gone the minute after they are sssent to battle! Bessidessss, It's not the humansss we are only after, but rather Hurricurssse assss well! The humansss call him a hero, and ressspect him ass sif he wasss a god. But mark my wordsss brother, even godssss mussst die!"

The first Soldier grinned. "True to that! And if we are lucky, Hurricursssse might ssshow up now, and we could deliver hisss head to Goajiroth then!"

The Second soldier glared. "Now you know that Goajiroth wantsss him alive, sssso he can kill him himssself!"

The first soldier spoke some more. "I know brother. Well, we better get to the mothersssship, our break time isss coming. Might get a drink of Utragian Wine for the both of usss!"

The second soldier stopped glaring. "That would be nice."

But as the second soldier said this, an arrow came flying towards the back of his head, and peirced his skull!

The first soldier was shocked. "WHAT IN The UNIVERSSSE WASSS-"

But before he could finish, a katana blade came slicing through his chest, ending his life.

The blade came from Hurricurse, and the arrow from Kisisa's bow. Everyone got ready to move further into the ruins, without getting spotted of course.

But fate had other plans....

Chapter 7: Goajiroth's first appearance

As Hurricurse and his team were heading further into the center of the ruins, they were stopped by a voice.

"Do you think you can truly stop us Hurricurse?" The voice said.

Hurricurse stopped dead in his tracks, and looked to see the human like creature with Gore magala wings standing on top of a ruined house. The person jumped from the top an landed onto the ground.

Hurricurse could not help but ask one thing. "Who are you?!"

The creature laughed. "You really don't remember me, do you Hurricurse? Very well... I am Goajiroth! The Ssi-ruvi, as you may have seen, are superior to the humans, and I act as their commander. THey helped modify my body to remove most, if not all, of my flaws that the doctor who created me put into me! The same person who created you!"

Thats when Hurricurse remembered something during his visit to ARK Island. Three of the tanks that held later experiments were empty! Goajiroth, if what he claims is true, is another creation of Liniar's father!

But Hurricurse was not done. "Why are you doing this? It's like you are betraying your own kind!"

But thats when Goajiroth laughed. "No, Brother! You are the traitor! I am, by heart, a Ssi-ruvi! You have the power to take over the human race, yet you side with the vermin, as does Genecid, even though he is weakening with every breath, due to his condition!"

Hurricurse would not beleive this, but Goajiroth was right about one thing, Genecid, despite Hurricurse, Kisisa, and Arion's attempts to find a cure for his condition, was only getting worse.

Goajiroth made a grin as he looked towards Kisisa. "And worse yet, You fell in love with one of the vermin! I will admit she is pretty for a human! Now, I shall take her away from you!

Hurricurse wondered what he meant, until Goajiroth summoned a sword that resembled a Katana, and flew towards Kisisa.

Hurricurse rushed to block to blade, but as he got to Kisisa's position, he did not feel the blade.

He looked behind him, to see something that would tear him to pieces....

Chapter 8: Genecid's Sacrifice

The one who took the sacrifice was Genecid, who hade Goajiroth's blade stuck through his chest. As Goajiroth took his blade out of Genecid, Hurricurse rushed towards Genecid.

Genecid smiled a little. "Guess I won't be getting that cure after all, huh?"

Hurricurse felt a tear go down his eye, it was like he lost Liniar all over again. "Why Genecid? I was supposed to take the scarifice!"

Genecid laughed a little. "No you silly thing! We are friends, right? We look after each other! One thing I liked about you was that, back before the ARK Island incident, before I left, You always made me feel like, like I was human. "It's funny.... even now, you still do. Protect Kisisa Hurricurse, whatever it takes!"

Hurricurse listened, and agreed to keep true to Genecid's dying wish, as Genecid breathed his last breath.

Goajiroth laughed. "How sweet! He sacrifices himself for you and Kisisa, and now he is just a lump of flesh, now that he is dead!"

This put Hurricurse to a point of pure rage and hatred! "YOU FREAK!" he yelled. "YOU WILL PAY FOR WHAT YOU JUST DID!"

Hurricurse then turned into a Wilolu, and roared.

Goajiroth scoffed at this, and, much to Hurricurse's surprise, turned into a Gore Magala.

The two shapeshifters rushed at each other, and the battle would begin.

Chapter 9: Hurricurse V.S. Goajiroth Round 1

Hurricurse and Goajiroth were now fighting Tooth to claw, as Hurricurse, in Wilolu form, was trying to rip Goajiroth into shreds for what he did to Genecid.

Goajiroth, in Gore Magala form, on the other hand, was dead set on killing Hurricurse.

As the two Shapeshifters Clashed, Goajiroth taunted Hurricurse.

"You let anger take you too easily brother! The Humans think you are a hero, But in the end, you will die like a Velociprey! I AM THE TRUE PERFECT LIFEFORM!"

Hurricurse did not take this kindly.

"If perfect means killing without a second thought about the consequences, or feeling no remorse, then you are right! Unlike you, however, at least I have empathy for others!"

The battle went on for what felt like an hour, until Goajiroth turned into a Rajang, and punched Hurricurse in the face, and then into the chest, knocking the wind out off him.

Now Goajiroth had the advantage. But it did not last for long. As Goajiroth was going to pummel Hurricurse, a Bowgun shot hit him in the face, distracting him from Hurricurse, and towards the source of the shot.

It was Yuki! With her Wroggi armor on, and a Crow Do Light Bow Gun on hand! As she reloaded for another shot, she spoke.

The Crow Do Light Bowgun, the weapon that saved Hurricurse's life!

"If anyone is going to skin Hurricurse, it will be me! That, and I still have a score to settle with him! But you, "Goajiroth", are worse than those "Ssi-ruvi"!"

Goajiroth gave a rather evil grin, or at least as close to one as his Gore Magala form could do.

"That is because I AM a Ssi-Ruvi at heart, unlike Hurricurse!"

Yuki was not fazed. "I don't really care what you are! All I know is that you are far from perfect! "If it can bleed, it can die!" as my father once said!"

She loaded another shot into her light bowgun and fired, hitting Goajiroth in the head with a Dragon Shot.

Although the shot did not kill Goajiroth, it was painful! It gave Hurricurse enough time to catch his breath, and turn into a Rathalos. He then fired a fireball towards Goajiroth, burning his back.

Goajiroth, having enough for a day, took to the air, and spoke.

"I will spare you humans this one time, but after we meet again, I will be much stronger, and then you will be begging for mercy Hurricurse!"

As Goajiroth flew off, Hurricurse reverted to human form and spoke to Yuki.

"I guess I owe you one Yuki!"

Yuki scoffed at this. "Oh please.... I have faced things worse than him in my days as a bounty hunter! I was in Ingle isle when a Critical Brachydios nearly killed me! But I put an end to it's life, just as I am going to do to Goajiroth! Can you imagine how much he will be worth to the Bounty Hunter Guild, now that it is known that he is leading the Ssi-ruvi? His head would be worth thousands if not a million zenny, maybe even more!" This region is paying me 750 Zenny per head of Ssi-ruvi that I kill, but if my hunch is correct, then Goajiroth will be worth alot more!"

Hurricurse could not help but comment on that speech. "I guess that means you have no more intentions of finishing where we left off?"

Yuki smiled. "Don't push your luck, Hurricurse! But I guess this means we may have to work together if we are going to get Goajiroth and therefore, beat this Ssi-ruvi menace. But that does not mean I will have to like you and your team minus one!"

This made Hurricurse a little angry. "Minus one?! I beleive you are talking about Genecid?! HE SACRIFICED HIS LIFE TO SAVE KISISA AND MINE!"

This anger did not faze Yuki. "Yeah well... His troubles are over then. He was dying anyway right? So it was not a matter of how he died, but when he died."

Hurricurse was mad at Yuki, but he realized that she did have a point. But he still knew that Genecid died for a noble cause.

Yuki, after she was done reloding her Crow Do, put the Light Bowgun on her back, and spoke. "Well, that aside, I think we better find some way to bring the Ssi-ruvi down, before things get worse. I have heard of someone who calls himself "The Viper", who was also being hired to take out the Ssi-ruvi. I think, as much as I would hate to admit it, we will need all the help we can get, but I will leave the "Persuasion" to you. He would probally not like to reason with the likes of me. You will probally find out why soon enough."

Hurrcurse wondered who this "Viper" could be. Was he a bounty hunter like Yuki? Hurricurse then had to ask about The Viper's location. Yuki spoke of what she last heard about him.

"Apparently, He was at Midgard Ruins, taking out a bunch of Ssi-ruvi that made a base of operations there. I would go myself, but agian, I don't think he would reason with the likes of me right now."

So after that, Hurricurse, Kisisa and Arion prepared to go to Midgard Ruins. Hurricurse turned into a Rathalos, and with Kisisa and Arion on his back, he flew off to Midgard Ruins, which was just south of White Desert.

Chapter 10: The Viper in the Ruins

The Midgard Ruins was a ruin of an unknown civilization that made their home there until it's destruction by unknown cause. So now, only ruins remain, and apparently, Ssi-ruvi are making their own base there.

Hurricurse, Kisisa and Arion arrived at the entrance to the ruins. As Hurricurse Reverted back to human form, he took a look around and was shocked to see nothing. No people, no Monsters, and no Ssi-ruvi, or at least, none of the living kind.

As Hurricurse and his friends entered the ruins, they saw corpses of what looked like Ssi-Ruvi soldiers all over the ruins. What killed them?

Hurricurse took a look at one of the soldiers, and saw that their own hide was slashed as if by the claws of a monster. But the slash marks in question were looking rather fresh, as if the soldier only died yesterday. Arion said that, judging by the rate of decomposition, which was almost nil, the Ssi-ruvi that are here only died about 2 hours since the group's arrival.

That was rather recent. The killer might still be around. Everyone readied their weapons, and prepared for an attack. They went deeper into the ruins. But they could not shake the feeling that they were being watched.

After some time, Hurricurse turned around to see a rather strange creature looking at the group.

It looked human, wearing a black elastic armor, but it had features of a monster, namely a Rathalos-Sin. It had a Short tail, and a beak aboe it's upper lip, similar to a Rathalos Sin, and it's hands and feet, which were bare, had claws that were similar to a Rathalos-Sin's instead of nails, and folded wings that looked as if they were decorations.

Hurricurse never seen a creature like this, aside from the demons of Revalius, whom he destroyed. He was rather curious, and the creature seemed to be studying the group, and this went on for a little bit before the creature made a rather aggressive stance, and spoke.

"You are with the Ssi-ruvi aren't you!" The creature said.

That was when Hurricurse knew there was a misunderstanding.

"You are wrong, we came to look for someone called "The Viper".

But the creature still snarled. "You are looking for me then, and I intend to help the humans against the Ssi-ruvi menace. For hundreds of years I have waited for the Ssi-ruvi to come. If you are with them, then you will share their fate!"

This was "The Viper"? Hurricurse did not expect this. But he needed to defend himself. He urged Arion and Kisisa to move out of this potential battlefield, and turned into a Rajang.

The Viper scoffed at this. "A shapeshifter, eh? This will be fun!"

Chapter 11: Hurricurse V.S. The Viper

Hurricurse, in Rajang form, was about to grab The Viper, but The Viper dodged the attempt, with a very high jump. The Viper then landed on Hurricurse's back, and swiped him with his claws.

The Venom that dripped from the claws put Hurricurse into agonizing pain as the venom stung the slash wound. But Hurricurse would not give up. He tried to throw The Viper off his back, but he held on. Hurricurse then tried to smash the Viper onto a nearby pillar, but the Viper jumped off, and Hurricurse felt the pillar crumble on top of him.

When Hurricurse got out of the crumbled mess, he knew he was being outclassed.

The Viper is tough! He thought to himself. The form of a Rajang is just not working. Perhaps I should take another approach.

He decided to take the form of a Shrouded Nerscylla. Certaintly he needed a little more craftiness in his attempt to fight The Viper.

The Viper charged and when he leaped into the air, that was when Hurricurse made a shot of web into a piece of ruins, and jumped up to dodge The Viper's own Jump Kick. Hurricurse then shot a string of web at The Viper while he was trying to get up, and pulled, and then after that, he cocooned The Viper into a ball of Webbing, and stuck him on a wall.

As much as the Viper tried to escape, he could not. The Webbing was just too sticky. Hurricurse reverted, and spoke.

"Now will you listen? We are trying to stop the Ssi-Ruvi just like you are! We came here to look for you since we can use all the help we can get!"

The Viper did listen, but he did not want to believe it. "Don't lie to me Shapeshifter! You are Goajiroth, the one who is leading the Ssi-Ruvi!"

Hurricurse countered. "I am not Goajiroth! I am Hurricurse. It's true that Goajiroth is leading the Ssi-Ruvi, but I am Hurricurse, the one and only!"

The Viper then seemed to calm down, since he somehow sensed truth in Hurricurse's words. "The Hurricurse? The one who ended Revalius' Monster War?"

Hurricurse nodded, and used his Dios Katana to cut The Viper out of his web coccoon.

Chapter 12: The Viper's apology

The Viper apologized, since he thought Hurricurse was Goajiroth. Hurricurse, however, had questions of his own.

"You said you were waiting hundreds of years for the Ssi-Ruvi, How old are you? A Hundred, maybe two hundred?"

The Viper answered. "Actually, I am exactly 658 years old. An age that no normal human can ever reach."

Hurricurse was both impressed and amazed. But he still had more questions.

"Who and what are you?"

The Viper sighed. "I am one of the few left of the race of creatures that inhabited this planet before the humans came to being. We were from another world, similar to yours, but different in all other ways. Our species name cannot be pronounced in human tongue I'm afraid, but you humans called us the "Monsterians", since we share features of your planets' monsters. Our old homeworld was destroyed."

Hurricurse was shocked. "What happened to your homeworld?"

This question seemed to give Hurricurse an insight to The Viper's inner rage in his eyes. The Viper Spoke.

"The Ssi-ruvi happened. They destroyed our cities, and our people on our home world, and the few hundreds that escaped came here, and rebuilt our civilization. But we lived in fear of the Ssi-ruvi. Now, our kind are few in number, and we consider ourselves what you humans call an "Endangered Species", and we fear that you humans will join us on the Endangered species list because of the Ssi-ruvi barbarians."

Hurricurse felt rather horrible for The Viper's kind. But he needed his help against the Ssi-ruvi.

"Viper, Will you help us against the Ssi-Ruvi?"

The Viper nodded. "You are an honorable warrior Hurricurse, from what I have heard and seen. It would be an hhonor to help you. I have been attacking the Ssi-ruvi from the shadows, but it is time we take the fight to them."

Hurricurse smiled. "Well then lets go. Yuki is waiting for us."

The Viper seemed shocked. "Yuki? The Bounty hunter?"

Hurricurse wondered what the shock was all about "You know her?"

The Viper nodded. "Yes, I am just surprised a solitary person such as her would ask for help from others at a time like this. Regardless, lets go."

And with that, Hurricurse turned into a Seregios, and had Kisisa, Arion and The Viper get on his back, and he headed towards where Yuki would be waiting in the Ruins of Yokohama village.

Chapter 13: The Meeting

When the group had managed to find Yuki among the ruins of Yokohama, they decided to figure out what their next move would be.

Of course, The Viper was not really fond of Yuki, since he knew her a little too well. Yuki was not fond of The Viper either, but she knew that she had no choice but to work with him.

Hurricurse did not know what kind of vendetta the The Viper and Yuki had against each other, but he knew that they would have to put it aside if they are to defeat the Ssi-ruvi.

Yuki learned of a recent attack on Whitehall city, a Revalian city known for it's evergrowing understanding of Science, Magic and Technology. She does not know why the Ssi-ruvi would attack Whitehall, but she does know that the Ssi-ruvi will be making their own base of operations there, based on what the survivors of the attack said.

Hurricurse wated no time to turn into a Barioth, and had everyone get on his back and then he flew off to Whitehall City.

Chapter 14: The ruins of Whitehall

Whitehall city was once known for it's ever advancing understanding of technology, magic and Science, to the point that it was much more advanced than any other area on Revalius, or the entire world for that matter. But as Hurricurse and the team got there, they saw almost everything turned to ruin after the Ssi-Ruvi attack.

But as it was said: Almost Everything.

Hurricurse noticed that a certain facility in the city was untouched by the attack. Not a single burn or sign of damage.

The Team decided to investigate this facility. It was the City's own Labratory, and from the looks of the inside, the place was ransacked by the Ssi-Ruvi. It was like they were looking for something, but what?

The team decided to split up, as it would cover more ground, and they would each try to find any clues that may be left behind.

Arion, Yuki and The Viper went into the eastern wing and beyond, while Hurricurse and Kisisa decided to go to the western side of the lab.

As Hurricurse and Kisisa searched, Hurricurse felt a cold air rush into him. It was a familiar sensation though, as he knew what, or rather, "Who", wanted him.

"I know you are there Kama." Hurricurse whispered.

Kisisa heard this, and turned to see Hurricurse and a familiar kirin.

Hurricurse had many questions, but one in particular stood out in his mind.

"Why did you not tell me about Goajiroth?"

Kama sighed. "I could not tell you because I was afraid that, after you lost your memory, you would go looking for him if I told you, and join him in the dark path he has taken. But I guess it is time I tell you about him."

Hurricurse was prepared to listen. And Kama told him Goajiroth's Story.

Chapter 15: Revalations and more

Goajiroth was a younger creation of the same person who created Hurricurse. But Goajiroth was by no means meant as an improvement, but rather, a step in another direction, and a darker step at that.

Apparently, The person who created Goajiroth meant to use him as a weapon against the Ssi-ruvi, but Goajiroth was able to escape ARK Island before that plan was able to be initiated. He escaped and wandered around Revalius, with no goal in mind other than to find a purpose in his being.

The Ssi-Ruvi found him, and gave him that purpose, to destroy the "Vermin" that inhabit the planet now, and rule over the ones who were not destroyed. Goajiroth gracefully accepted the offer, and was "enhanced" even further by the Ssi-Ruvi's scientists, to the point where "All Genetic Flaws" were abolished, and made him stronger.

Goajiroth was now a creature of pure evil, and will stop at nothing to see to it that the Ssi-Ruvi accomplish their goal.

Hurricurse could not beleive this, but he was determined to stop Goajiroth even more, and by that extension, the Ssi-Ruvi.

But he remembered why he was here, and asked Kama why the Ssi-Ruvi attacked Whitehall, and ransack the lab.

Kama was able to answer the question.

The Ssi-Ruvi were looking for a "mummified monster" that the scientists here found at the Everwood in the Val Habar Region. It was a creature unknown to even us monsters, but we feared it as we would death itself. The Scientists had no idea what it was, but the Ssi-Ruvi must have, otherwise they would not have stolen it.

Hurricurse somehow must have known why the Ssi-Ruvi would have stolen the mummified monster.

"Are they planning to revive it somehow?" Hurricurse asked.

Kama nodded.

Kisisa asked how in the entire world could the Ssi-Ruvi bring back the dead. Hurricurse simply spoke.

"They are aliens Kisisa. Their Technology is far more advanced than ours! Who is to say that they don't have the technology to do ressurect a dead monster?"

Kama could not agree more.

Their technology was the one that made Hurricurse and Goajiroth. Granted, they were done by humans, but it was alien technology nonetheless. Who is to say that they can't ressurect a monster that even the apex predators feared?

Hurricurse needed to find this mummified monster before it was too late. "Where did they take the monster Kama?"

Kama gave the answer.

The Ssi-ruvi made a base in Pyromancer island, a volcanic island that lies off the coast of Revalius. You might want to start there. Be warned however, that it is the home of a Crimson Fatalis named "La Vibra", an elder dragon who resulted in the death of many hunters that tried to hunt her. I would like to beleive that since the war between humans and monsters is over, La Vibra can be more friendly, but I'm sure that she hates unexpected guests.

Hurricurse took this warning to heart, and decided to go find Yuki, Arion and the Viper. Kisisa followed.

Meanwhile.....

Arion, Yuki and The Viper were searching for survivors when Arion foud, at the corner of her eyes, a man in a lab coat, knife in hand.

Arion signaled to Yuki and The Viper, and they saw the man. The man looked a little scared.

As the three went to speak to him, the man pointed his knife at them, shaking.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!" He yelled.

Arion sensed the danger, but decided to try to calm him down. "It's ok! I'm not going to hurt you. We are on the same side here!"

But the man was clearly paranoid at this point. "HOW DO I KNOW YOU ARE NOT HIM?! HOW DO I KNOW YOUR NOT ONE OF THOSE THINGS?!"

Thats when Arion, Yuki and Goajiroth knew what the man meant. The man had an encounter with Goajiroth and the Ssi-Ruvi!

Arion decided to speak softly as to not scare him any further. "It's ok. We know what you have seen, and we are fighting them. But you need to put that knife down."

The man seemed reluctant to do so, but then seemed to calm down a little, and dropped the knife.

Then they saw Hurricurse and Kisisa come from one of the doors.

"What was that screaming?!" Kisisa asked.

She looked to the man, and realized that Arion, Yuki and The Viper found a survivor. Hurricurse was clearly interested, and wanted to hear his part of the story of what happened here.

Chapter 16: The Scientist's story

The Survivor was a scientist named Terros, and he specialized in Biology, among other things. and was one of the people researching the Mummified monster found in Everwood of Val Habar, and reliably dated the monster to be from 20,000 years ago, which would put it's existence before the Revalius Monster war. But the problem was that it was unlike anything on this planet. The DNA of the creature was totally different from all the known native monsters, and nothing like it has been seen in the fossil record.

But when Goajiroth and the Ssi-Ruvi appeared, they slaughtered everyone, and took the mummified creature, he could remember hearing the Ssi-Ruvi call the creature "Necrodia".

Hurricurse explained to Terros that a "Reliable source" told him that the Ssi-Ruvi plan to revive the Necrodia, and they took the creature to Pyromancer island. Terros was shocked by this, saying that Pyromancer Island seemed like a least likely place for the Ssi-Ruvi to make a base of operations, since there is nothing there except Volcanic rock, magma and, according to some sources, a Crimson Fatalis.

Hurricurse smiled. "Sometimes you have to go to the least likely places in order to find what you are looking for."

But then he remembered why he met up with the others.

"Ok everyone, we are going to Pyromancer Island!"

Terros wanted to help, however.

"I can get you there, since Pyromancer Island was going to be off limits to the public until a month from now, but when the Ssi-Ruvi appeared, the area stayed on lock down. You won't be able to go there without a trusted member of the Whitehall research group, thats where I come in. Pyromancer Island is not far from the coast of this city, or whats left of it anyway. The fastest way there is by boat."

Everyone was shocked to know that Terros would help after all the carnage he has seen, but they eventually realized that they could use all the help they could get. They accepted his offer.

They then decided to head for the docks of Whitehall city.

Chapter 17: Entering Pyromancer Island

When they got to the docks, there was indeed a boat left, unscratched by the Ssi-Ruvi attack. It was big enough to carry all of them, and the group decided to use it to get to Pyromancer Island.

As The Viper decided to pilot the boat, and Yuki to keep watch, the rest of the group went below deck to rest. It was a long day, and night was coming.

Hurricurse, Kisisa, went to sleep, but Arion noticed that Terros was not. Instead, he was holding a shard of a rock or something like that. Arion came to Terros.

"Whats that?" She asked.

Terros looked at Arion. "Its a shard of a meteorite that one of my friends in the research group found in the Dunes in Minegarde. He gave it to me when he came back to Revalius as a gift. But now he is dead, so I keep it as a memory."

Arion sat next to Terros. "A meteorite huh? Those are a rare find around here. I used to look at the stars and wonder if life was out there, somewhere. But I loved this world and it's natural beauty. But aside from Kisisa and my old friend Shira, I never had friends who understood me well, due being what you may call a nerd or something like that."

Terros smiled. "I like people who are smart. I was a nerd in school as well. But I was a pacifist in nature, and did not beleive in war against monsters. Thank goodness it has ended."

Arion smiled a little. "I will second that. I would say that it was thanks to Hurricurse that it has ended here. Sometimes I wonder what would have happened if he did not come to being. Things would have been much different."

Terros agreed on that note. Things would have been different if Hurricurse did not help end the war between humans and monsters in Revalius. But something about Arion made him feel good, and Arion felt a little calm around Terros. They had so much in common after they had a conversation that went for many minutes before they called it a night. They were both nerds at school, they both enjoyed biology, and they both felt something for the other.

When dawn came, Hurricurse, Kisisa, Arion and Terros came up the deck, and Yuki and The Viper told them that Pyromancer Island was in sight. And indeed it was. When Hurricurse came to see it, he was filled with excitement for some reason, despite the danger of the Ssi-Ruvi present. He wondered what lived there aside from a Crimson Fatalis.

When the ship finally came to the shore, they saw that the sands of Pyromance Island were black as a Brute Tigrex's hide, and the closer the group came to the island's center, the hotter it got, and the heat from the rivers of lava did not help the situation any.

Fortunately, they brought cool drinks. and it seemed to help them deal with the heat. But they saw a large shape in the distance that looked like a large creature of some sort. As the group got closer, the shape revealed itself as it spread it's wings, and a large head showed itself with blood red eyes. It was a Crimson Fatalis! But not just any Fatalis however, it was the one and only crimson fatalis of Pyromancer Island.

It was "La Vibra"!

But something was not right. The looks of its eyes showed an evil presence, a presence of Malice. La Vibra spoke.

HOW DARE YOU ENTER MY LAIR! HOW DARE YOU DISTURB ME WITH YOUR PRESENCE! I HAVE SLAUGHTERED MANY HUMANS BEFORE YOU! YOU SHALL BE NO DIFFERENT!

Hurricurse could not understand why La Vibra was willing to kill since the Revalius Monster War is over.

"But the war between Humans and monsters here is over!" Hurricurse said.

But La Vibra gave a roar of challenge, and lava started to erupt from the ground around her, and when La Vibra lowered her head, that was when Hurricurse noticed a device of some sort stuck to the back of her neck. It looked familiar to The Viper, however.

"It's a Ssi-Ruvi enslavement device! It's helping the Ssi-ruvi control La Vibra!" The Viper shouted.

Hurricurse understood, and decided to make a plan. "If we can destroy that device, we could help La Vibra regain control of herself, right?" He asked The Viper.

The Viper nodded. "Sounds about right! Although I am not sure how you will be able to get close enough to do so!"

Hurricurse grinned a little. "One thing you should know is to NEVER underestimate me."

Chapter 18: The Flaming Empress

As La Vibra roared once more, Hurricurse turned into a Brute Tigrex, and charged. La Vibra shot a fire ball from her mouth, which was quickly dodged by Hurricurse, who then proceeded to chomp onto La Vibra's right arm.

La Vibra roared in pain and annoyance as Hurricurse bit down, and lifted Hurricurse into the air and slammed him into the ground, causing him to let go. La Vibra then took to the air, and started to fire Fireballs in a rapid fire fashion.

Hurricurse turned into an Agnaktor and burrowed into the volcanic rock to avoid the fireballs.

La Vibra landed, confused on where her target has gone. Then she felt a rumble in the earth as Hurricurse, in the Guise of an Akantor, bursted out of the ground, and bit onto her tail, and dragged her across the ground and slammed her into a rocky wall, and pinned her.

"La Vibra! We are not your enemy! Compose yourself!" Hurricurse said.

La Vibra breathed fire into Hurricurse's face, and blinded him, allowing her to escape his grip, and then started to harass him, like a cat playing with a mouse before going in for the kill.

But Hurricurse had another trick up his sleeves, and turned into a Rathalos, and flew towards the sky, and La Vibra pursued.

Hurricurse grinned. Exactly as planned! He thought to himself as he got higher and higher into the sky.

Then he felt the air get cold, and turned into a Gravios when he slowed down and La Vibra came close enough. The Impact was enough to stun La Vibra, and Hurricurse turned into a Rathalos once more, and swooped down towards  La Vibra, talons primed to grab the device on La Vibra's neck.

When he made contact with the device, he grabbed it and tore it off of La Vibra's neck, causing her to wake up and realize her situation, and fly off to a landing spot. Hurricurse followed, and when they both landed, Hurricurse changed back to human form.

La Vibra's eyes turned into a normal color when she landed, so it was clear that she was no longer being controlled by the Ssi-Ruvi. La Vibra came to Hurricurse and his group, and spoke.

I thank you Hurricurse. I am once more in control of my own actions. The ones you call the Ssi-Ruvi planted that device onto my neck to control me and use me as a means to gaurd their base. Mind you, that I am most disgusted by those creatures, but I am also most ashamed of myself for letting them control me they way they did.

Hurricurse asked La Vibra if she knew where the Ssi-Ruvi base on Pyromancer Island was. La Vibra gave him an answer.

It is here, but it is also deep underground. The entrance is hidden, but it is not far from here in the Center of the Island that I call home.

But they would not need to find the entrance, since Kisisa screamed, causing Hurricurse to look back and see the group surrounded by Ssi-Ruvi soldiers. The general of the soldiers came to Hurricurse, with his reptillian features showing a grin.

La Vibra did not bother to attack, otherwise, she knew that the Ssi-ruvi would kill Hurricurse's friends.

The General of the Ssi-Ruvi spoke.

"Hurricurssse! I have heard you like humanssss, and that isss were you have come to be a "Flawed Ssspecimen"! If you draw your weapon or change sssshape, your precioussss friendssss here will die! Ssso come to me if you care about them!"

Chapter 19: Dawn of Necrodia

Hurricurse had no other choice. He had to come to the general. The general grinned once more.

"You are ssso predictable! Compassssion wasss alwayssss your weaknesssss Hurricursssse! You will be the perfect "Lab rat" for the tessst we have coming!"

Hurricurse wondered what the general meant, until a large rumble came about, shaking the ground, and sudenly, a large creature came bursting out of the earth. It had a build similar to a Kirin, but it was much larger, easily the same size as La Vibra the Crimson fatalism, and had two tentacles that looked like spears, a whip like tail, and it's head had antlers and no mouth. It's eyes stared at Hurricurse.

Necrodia, the Necromancer dragon

The general laughed. "Meet our new weapon, the Necrodia!"

Hurricurse as a little fightened, but he remained vigilant.

"Ok, you reptile, what do you want from me?"

The General answered the question. "Sssimple, You mussst fight this Necrodia. If you win, your friendsss will be ssspared. But if you lossse, we will ussse your corpssse for a new purpossse, and your friendsss will be bred like what you call Gargwa and Aptonoth ssso we will have plenty of Tessst sssubjects and sssources of fuel for our technology!"

Hurricurse felt like he had no choice in the matter. He needed to win this battle, or else everyone he cared about will live the rest of their lives in the cruel and unforgiving rule of the Si-Ruvi.

He turned into an Akantor, and roared. The Necrodia remained silent, and stared at Hurricurse with a calculating, yet sinsister looking stare. The Necrodia stepped forward, and Hurricurse charged.

When Hurricurse slashed at the Necrodia with his claws, The Necrodia was surprisingly quick for it's size! It Stabbed his back with one of it's tentacles, and something was happening.

Hurricurse felt weaker, as if his power was getting drained. The Necrodia was leeching off of his life force. Hurricurse's vision was darkening, could this be his last day?

But then, something pushed The Necrodia away, causing it to let go of Hurricurse, who went limp, barely alive.

Everyone in the group looked to see a Familiar Teostra and Lunastra slaughter the Ssi-ruvi, including the general himself. It was Ignitus and Blaze!

Iginitus was the one who pushed the Necrodia away. Kisisa ran to Hurricurse, who reverted, and was still just barely alive. She held him close, and shook him.

"Come on Hurricurse, you never gave up on us, I won't give up on you!"

La Vibra, Who was there at the time, came to Kisisa and Hurricurse. She seemed to know the pain Kisisa was feeling now a little too well.

Meanwhile, Ignitus and Blaze were fighting the Necrodia, and as much as the Necrodia was able in battle, it could not get a "grip" on the two elder dragons, they were too quick.

Ignitus and Blaze were distracting the Necrodia, harassing it, buying the group time. But they knew that The Necrodia will probally outlast the elder dragon couple, it was not a matter of how it killed them and the group, but when!

La Vibra, folded her wings around Kisisa and Hurricurse, and tilted her head towards Hurricurse, and began to chant something, and made a single tear from her eye, which dripped towards Hurricurse. La Vibra did her part.

Now, give him a reason, from your heart, that he should live on. La Vibra said.

Naturally, Kisisa Hugged Hurricurse, in tears, and uttered that she loved him more than anything else, and if he left her, she would have nothing to fight for in the world.

After what felt like seconds after, Kisisa felt  Hurricurse hug her back, and she looked to see Hurricurse, back to full health.

Hurricurse got up, and changed shape. But this time, it was something new. He was turning into something that he could not turn into before, something beautiful, yet deadly.

He Turned into an elder dragon known as the Shanthien.

Shanthien, Hurricurse's most deadly form so far! Whatch out Necrodia!

The Necrodia turned to see it's previous opponet come back in this new form, and charged. It Attempted to spear Hurricurse again, but Hurricurse dodged it, and used his new form's wind powers to lift himself into the air, and flew towards the Necrodia's back, with enough force to knock the creature to the ground, and then pinned it, using strong winds to keep the Speared tentacles at bay, and charged up some Tenshou element, and fired it at the head, which exploded, killing the creature instantly!

Hurricurse roared a victory roar, and looked at Kisisa, and reverted. Kisisa ran to him, crying tears joy, and held him. Hurricurse held her close.

Little did they know that a drone that belonged to the Ssi-ruvi watched the battle from the beginning. And the event was recorded and sent to the Ssi-Ruvi.

Chapter 20: Goajiroth is not pleased!

Goajiroth, along with a few Ssi-Ruvi who were responsible for reviving the Necrodia, watched the battle from the saftey of the mothership. Goajiroth was not pleased with the results. He turned to one of the Ssi-Ruvi scientists.

"Some ultimate weapon you revived!" Goajiroth said in a threatening matter.

The Ssi-ruvi scientist was frightened. "But it almosssst killed Hurricurssse! In a way, it wasss a successss!"

Goajiroth held the scientist by the throat and pinned him towards a wall. "But "Almost" does not count, my friend! It does not change the fact that it was destroyed by Hurricurse and a Teostra and Lunastra, when it could have killed them in a matter of minutes!"

The Ssi-ruvi scientist gagged. "But... We did not know that a couple of Elder dragons would come, much less help him! We do, however, have another plan that will surely work!"

Goajiroth was interested. "Another Bio-weapon?"

The Ssi-Ruvi scientist continued. "We captured the sister of the one that Hurricurse's group calls "The Viper". He is a daimon and so is she! Daimons care about family more than anything else, so if we threaten him with his sister's death if he does not help us, He will surely serve us by defeating Hurricurse!"

Goajiroth let go of the Ssi-ruvi scientist, and grinned. He enjoyed that plan. It was perfect! What could go wrong? If what the scientist said was true, then The Viper will be conflicted, but would want to help his sister more than everything else!

"Go give The Viper the news." Goajiroth ordered. "If he truly cares about his sister as much as you say he does, then this plan will work perfectly! Even if it does not work, he will be broken!"

The Ssi-ruvi scientist saluted Goajiroth. "Yes Commander Goajiroth!"

Chapter 21: The Conflict in the Viper

Hurricurse, Kisisa, Arion, Terros, Yuki, The Viper, Ignitus, Blaze and La Vibra enjoyed their victory over the Necrodia, but they knew that there was still work to be done. Goajiroth and the Ssi-Ruvi were still at large, and they needed a plan on how to defeat them.

Ignitus told Hurricurse and the group that the monsters were joining up with the humans to fight off the Ssi-Ruvi menace, and until the Ssi-Ruvi were gone from Revalius, The Monsters will help the humans for the first time since before the war between Humans and Monsters even began.

Hurricurse felt comforted by this, since if what Ignitus says is true, then their world may still have a chance.

La Vibra flew off, as did Ignitus and Blaze, and the Group decided to go back to the shore of Pyromancer island to rest for the day.

The Viper kept watch for the night. He took out of his pockets a trinket that his sister,Tiara, gave him before he went to fight the Ssi-Ruvi. He hoped to see her again soon.

But suddenly, he heard a noise, and decided to investigate. He then saw a Ssi-ruvi drone that looked familiar to him.

A Message drone!? The Viper thought to himself. What would one be doing here?

Then a Hologram appeared as the drone's lights glowed. The Hologram was a picture of a Ssi-ruvi general.

"Ah.... It'ssss you! We have been looking for you!" The General said. "I hope you ssstill remember your sssissster Tiara!"

The Viper felt frightened. "Where is she?"

The Ssi-ruvi General laughed. "We have her in our cussstody! You sssee, We realize how much you Daimonsss value your family, ssso we have a deal to offer. If you help ussss defeat Hurricurssse, your sssisster will be ssspared, but if you don't accept, we will kill her!"

The Viper felt his heart beat faster, but the General was not finished.

"Defeat Hurricurssse, and bring him to our motherssship in a week from now, which isss when we attack in full force, and we will give her to you, unharmed."

The Hologram disappeared, and the Drone flew off towards the horizon.

The Viper was conflicted in his heart. He knew he needed Hurricurse and his team to defeat the Ssi-ruvi, but his sister mattered to him more than anything else. He had no other choice.

Chapter 22: Friends....

Meanwhile......

Tiara was in the brig of the Ssi-ruvi mothership, and she heard what the Ssi-ruvi planned to do. She feared for her brother, and this "Hurricurse". Thre was also an orphaned Zinogre pup that she befriended before with her that she named "Sparky". Sparky sensed that something was wrong with his friend, and nudged her.

But then the doors of the Brig opened, and a large robotic Zinogre like mechanoid, a Mechanogre, if you will, came in. It turned to the cell that Tiara and Sparky were in.

Tiara stared at the Mechanogre with disgust. "What do you want?"

The Mechanogre, which was code-named "Stigma", was sent to get Sparky, as will be demonstrated.

"Hand me the Zinogre pup!" Stigma said in a mechanical voice.

Tiara refused. "No!"

Stigma asked this time. "Please hand me the Pup."

But Tiara refused yet again. "No Way!"

Then something unexpected happened.

"Why not?" Stigma asked.

This caught Tiara off gaurd. "What do you mean "Why Not"? You should know why I am refusing! Why do you want Sparky anyway?!"

This was confusing Stigma. "This does not compute!"

"You don't even know?!" Tiara asked.

Stigma kept saying "This Does not Compute!" for another time.

Tiara sighed. "I pity you. You are ordered to do something, and you don't know why you need Sparky in the first place."

But something happened. Sparky got out of Tiara's grasp and looked at Stigma with adoring eyes, as if it knew who Stigma really was under that metal exoskeleton.

Something must have either glitched in Stigma's behavior system, or perhaps it was something much more, because Stigma came to a switch that controlled the cell doors.

"Go! Now!" Stigma ordered.

Tiara was surprised. "What? Are you sure?"

When the cell door opened, and Tiara and Sparky came out, Stigma said something.

"Its not safe here. Hurry! We will be approaching the Whitehall settlement soon!"

Tiara was not as disgusted with Stigma as usual.

"I guess you have my thanks. I think there really is a heart inside that metal frame of yours. I guess we can be friends, right?"

Stigma was silent for a while until Tiara and Sparky got out of the brig. Stigma seemed to be silent for a while until it said something with meaning to it.

"Friends..." Stigma said.

Chapter 23: Escape and a Battle

Tiara and Sparky got out of the brig, and started to sneak around the Mothership, trying to find a way to get out, and stop the potential conflict between her brother and this "Hurricurse". She was lucky due to one thing. Ssi-ruvi Mother ships don't ususally have security cameras hardwired in the system, so sneaking without being monitored is easy.

But there were security gaurds patrolling the ship, and that complicated things by alot. There were a few times when she had a close call with the security gaurds.

They eventually found themselves in a docking bay, and there were a few ships there, which was perfect. She found a small ship that was large enough for her and Sparky. Luckily, she knew how to pilot a ship as much as her brother knew Ssi-Ruvi tech. When they got in, however, nd got the ship started, an alarm went off! A Whole squad of Ssi-ruvi soldiers came in!

But by the time they could react, Tiara and Sparky's ship got started and flew off.

The General of the Squad was concerned. "Hmmmm... Thissss could become a problem."

Meanwhile.....

Hurricurse and his group returned to Whitehall, as they decided to use Whitehall's lab as a base of operations.

The Viper was conflicted in his heart, but decided to get his "job" done and over with. he came to Hurricurse and asked to talk to him alone. Hurrricurse was unaware of the danger, and followed him to the outside of the ruins.

The Viper started by saying something. "I have a confession to make Hurricurse."

Hurricurse was pepared to listen.

"I came in contact with a Ssi Ruvi general, and the Ssi-Ruvi have Tiara, my Sister, and threatened to kill her if I don't defeat you in a week from now. I'm sorry, but I have to do this."

Hurricurse V.S. The Viper Theme

Hurricurse realized the danger he was in, and was about to take out his Dios Katana, but he was kicked by The Viper, and got the wind knocked out of him, and lost the Dios Katana, which skidded across the ground.

When Hurricurse caught his breath, he was attacked yet again by the Viper, who took him by the arm and threw him to a ruined building' wall.

Hurricurse got up in time to dodge a shuriken that The Viper threw towards his way, and then The Viper jumped into the air and attempted to slash Hurricurse with a katana.

Hurricurse narrowly dodged, and recovered his Dios Katana in time to block a slash from The Viper's Katana, and then the sparks started flying all over the ruins, and the sound of clashing blades peirced the quiet air.

After what felt like many minutes, Hurricurse managed to disarm The Viper by scraping his arm with his Dios katana and pointed it to the Viper.

But the Viper had one last trick to pull. His his arms started to get surrounded by a Draconic energy, and he held out his hand and shot a ball of dragon element at Hurricurse, sending him backwards. The Viper picked up his katana, and started to walk towards Hurricurse.

"You put up quite a fight Hurricurse." The Viper said. "But for Tiara's sake, you are done!"

But as if on cue, a Ssi-ruvi ship came in, and landed. When the cockpit opened, a familiar girl came out, along with a Zinogre pup.

"BROTHER!" The girl shouted.

The Viper was shocked. "Tiara!"

Hurricurse realized what was going on. This girl, who hade the same features as the Viper, was The Viper's Sister! She had somehow escaped!

Sparky, the Zinogre pup, came to Hurricurse and spoke.

So you are the Hurricurse that the Ssi-Ruvi things are talking about! Looks like Tiara and I got here in time to stop Jaskir from doing who knows what to you!"

Hurricurse was shocked. "Jaskir? That's The Viper's Real name?"

But before Hurricurse could ask "Jaskir" himself, he rushed off, Tiara was shouting out.

"Wait Brother! Comeback!" Tiara shouted.

Hurricurse realized what The Viper was going through. He was manipulated into doing a horrific, and unforgivable thing to save his sister, only to find that it was not needed anymore.

Kisisa, Arion, Terros and Yuki came about just to witness this, and Hurricurse and Tiara filled them in with the details, and then spoke his mind.

"I will go look for The Viper and reason with him."

Everyone was shocked to hear this, even after what has happened. Tiara felt some hope for her brother, but Everyone else was questioning why Hurricurse was able to forgive The Viper.

"He did try to kill you after all!" Yuki Remarked.

Hurricurse responded to this remark. "He only tried because the life of someone special to him was on the line. But when Tiara here escaped, he realized his mistake. And besides, the real enemy is the Ssi-Ruvi and Goajiroth. I will talk to The Viper."

He then went to look for the Viper, and Tiara and Sparky followed.

Chapter 24: Forgiveness...

The Viper was not too hard to find, since Hurricurse, Tiara and Sparky found him at the docks, staring at the ocean.

The Viper noticed this, and sighed.

"Hurricurse...." The Viper said. "You really forgive me, after all I did?"

"Of course I do." Hurricurse said.

The Viper continued. "But You realize that I tried to kill you right? The Ssi-ruvi threatened to kill Tiara. All I wanted at that point was to protect her."

But Hurricurse kept a smile. "No big deal! Because when it really mattered, you realized your mistake. And besides, we are friends right?"

This perked the Viper up a little. "Yeah, we are!"

Tiara hugged the Viper, and the Viper hugged her back, and they headed back to the Whitehall lab.

When they got to Whitehall lab, They were greeted with an old friend of Hurricurse's. It was Ignitus the Teostra! Everyone had to hear what IGnitus had to say.

I think it is time we cripple the Ssi-Ruvi by defeating Goajiroth and taking down the "Mothership" as the Ssi-ruvi call it. Your king has already gathered enough men and women to fight the Ssi-ruvi, and are currently fighting them, but they will need all the help they can get, which is why the monsters are helping them! But if we are to beat the Ssi-Ruvi, we need to get to their Mothership and destroy it!

Hurricurse agreed, but Goajiroth would be waiting for them, and he knew this. But as long as he had his friends by his side, he could accomplish anything.

Then everyone looked up in the sky, and saw the Ssi-ruvi Mothership, and it was heading towards Central City!

Hurricurse knew he had no time to lose, and turned into a Shantien, and urged His team to get on his back. They were about to take the fight to the Ssi-ruvi today! The Viper urged Tiara to stay behind, but she refused to "Remain a victim" and wanted to fight as well. The Viper eventually agreed to let her come, but urged her to not let him regret it.

As Hurricurse flew off, Ignitus looked on, and a kirin came to his side, chilling the air. It was Kama!

Hurricurse has grown strong. Kama said to Ignitus. He is lucky to have friends by his side.

Ignitus made as much as a smile as a Teostra could. His true power is not his shapeshifting, but his friends. In that respect, he is stronger than Goajiroth. Lets hope this is enough to stop the Ssi-ruvi.

Chapter 25: Storming the Mothership and a Rebelion

The Ssi-ruvi on the Mothership were ready for almost anything. But the ones in the docking bay were not prepared for an all out assault from Hurricurse and his friends, as demonstrated when he, in Shantien form, came barging into the Docking bay, gale force winds pushing Ssi-ruvi all over the docking bay and out of it, causing those unlucky enough to get pushed outside the docking bay to plummet to ground below, and it was a long drop!

Hurricurse, after everyone got off his back, reverted, and they decided to fight their way to the bridge. After a few many hours of fighting, they managed to get to the bridge.

But something was waiting for them! It was a Ssi-ruvi general!

"Sssstigma! Come here you bucket of boltssss!" The General said.

Then the Mecha-zinogre that looked familiar to Tiara came about.

"What is your command general?" Stigma said.

"Dessstroy them!" The General yelled!

Stigma nodded. "Aye aye sir, I will comply!"

Stigma readied it's own weapn systems, and Hurricurse was about to shapeshift, but then, Tiara and her Zinogre pup Sparky stood between them!

"Stop it Stigma!" Tiara said.

Hurricurse was confused, but apparently, so was Stigma.

"It's me! The one you saved, remember?" Tiara said. "You are not a monsterous being, you have a heart inside that metal frame!"

The Viper was worried, but then, Stigma seemed to to lower it's weapon systems.

"Friend..." Stigma said.

The Ssi-ruvi General was confused and angry.

"What are you waiting for? Kill them!" The general said.

Stigma turned around, and said something that scared the General.

"Ssi-ruvi and Goajiroth.... Enemies! Humans and monsters.... Friends!"

Then Stigma walked towards the general and readied it's weapons.

The general paniced, and took out a pistol like gun, but was incinerated by a laser like blast before he could get a shot!

Sparky, the Zinogre pup nudged Stigma. This seemed to awaken something inside Stigma. A memory from before he was transformed from a Zinogre into a mecha.

Stigma was Sparky's brother.

Sparky spoke to Stigma. Brother... I knew you were alive in there somewhere! Please, come with us! We might be able to help you!"

Everyone realized what was going on, but Stigma shook his head.

"I am afraid I cannot be turned back to normal from this state brother. The Ssi-ruvi entechment process is permanent. I may look fine on the outside, but I am suffering on the inside, because of what the Ssi-Ruvi did to me. I would rather be nothing."

Sparky realized what Stigma meant, and cried a little. Everyone else realized it too. Stigma wanted his life to end along with his suffering.

Stigma spoke more to Sparky. "Don't cry Sparky, I will be able to go to the eternal hunting grounds, and meet our mother and father."

Sparky, with tears in his eyes begged Stigma to stay. You are the only family I have!

Stigma responded. "No.... You still have family, your friends. They are your family. Think about it for a while."

Sparky realized this, and Tiara spoke softly. "It's what Stigma wants Sparky."

Hurricurse was willing to help Stigma end his suffering, and came close to him. "We will take care of your brother, don't worry."

Stigma responded. "Good. I don't want Sparky to be alone when I am gone."

Hurricurse turned into a Yian Garuga, and fired a Fireball at the Power core at the chest area of Stigma, which, upon breaking, Caused Stigma to shut down, with a sigh as his last "breath". It was a sigh of peace. Stigma could now rest in peace.

But the mourning would have to wait, since the team needed to find and defeat Goajiroth. They saw a light that glowed from the top level of the ship that leads to a room known as the "Gods Haven" by the Ssi-ruvi, and headed there.

There, the battle that decides the Fate of Revalius and the world would begin.

Chapter 26: Birth of a God

Hurricurse  and his team came to the entrance to "God's Haven" and urged his friends to stay behind. This would be a fight between Hurricurse and Goajiroth. A Matter to settle between them.

Kisisa came to Hurricurse, and said something meaningful. "Please come back safe."

Hurricurse smiled. "Don't Worry, I will."

Hurricurse entered the room, which was the largest of the entire Mothership, almot like an Arena! But it was empty, except for a lone figure that was Goajiroth.

"So you have come Brother!" Goajiroth said. "I was waiting for you."

Hurricurse walked forward. Goajiroth then spoke more.

"Before, I have been going easy on you, but now you have become stronger, and I shall show you my true power!"

Goajiroth then started to glow, and the Room started to detach from the rest of the ship and  revealed the sky around them, And Goajiroth Shapeshifted into a Shining form made him resemble a Shagaru Magala in color, and his wings looked the part, and his back was now attached to a wall behind him, which transformed the entire room into a ship of it's own! The Ship looked like a Battle ship with Organic features, and a maw for the front. It was Bat like in shape.

Hurricurse was amazed with this power, but remained vigilant and turned into a Rathalos, and flew around the Battle ship that made up Goajiroth's new form.

This was Fatal Goajiroth!

Chapter 27: Hurricurse V.S. Fatal Goajiroth

Goajiroth made dragon bursts towards Hurricurse, who dodged each one, and countered with Fireballs.

Goajiroth laughed. "Would you dare to stop a God? Such is as pointless as what you are trying to do now!"

Hurricurse flew towards the area of Battle ship that Goajiroth was at, and dodged dragon bursts along the way. He then landed in front of him and reverted, drawing his Dios Katana.

Fatal Goajiroth's Theme

Goajiroth summoned a Glaive like weapon, and the two clashed. Sparks were flying everywhere, and Goajiroth taunted Hurricurse every so often.

"I thought of a wonderful present for you Hurricurse!" Goajiroth said. "Shall I give you despair?"

Hurricurse and Goajiroth kept on clashing, the blades of each of their weapons sending sparks all over with each clash and parry.

Meanwhile....

Kisisa, Arion, Terros, The Viper, Tiara, Yuki and Sparky were watching from afar on the mothership as Hurricurse and Goajiroth clashed. They watched on and on, until Kisisa had enough.

"We need to help." Kisisa said. "I will not stand idle while Hurricurse fights for us."

Arion came to Kisisa. "But we can't, even if we wanted to. That ship that Hurricurse and Goajiroth are fighting on is seperated from us by tons of sky, Theres no way we can fly over there!"

Kisisa realized this, but help was not far away. Ignitus, the Teostra just happened to fly by, along with his mate Blaze.

I thought you would need help with your fight against Goajiroth, so me and Blaze came to help. Ignitus said.

Kisisa smiled, and she got on Ignitus's back along with the rest of the group.

Then the Group flew off towards the "Bioship" that Hurricurse and Goajiroth were Fighting at.

Back at the Bioship....

Hurricurse was still fighting Goajiroth, the blades still making sparks. But Hurricurse looked in time to see Ignitus land, and Kisisa and the others get off his back. Then Blaze landed as well.

Goajiroth laughed. "It seems your friends are about to witness your last fight, Hurricurse!"

Hurricurse spoke. "You forget one thing Goajiroth! Unlike you, I have one thing that matters more than anything else. Something more powerful than shapeshifting or weapons, or even the Ssi-ruvi's tecnology."

Goajiroth grinned. "And what would that be?"

Hurricurse answered. "Friends. My friends are my power!"

Goajiroth scoffed at this. "Those are just words!"

Kisisa came by Hurricurse's side. "True, but they are words with meaning!"

Goajiroth then spoke. "Fine. Lets see how far your "power" takes you, Hurricurse!"

Hurricurse then said one order to his team.

"Team Hurricane Assemble!"

Yuki, Arion, Kisisa and The Viper Drew their weapons.

Yuki used her Crow Do Bowgun to send a shot to the ground in front of Goajiroth, which sent out a smoke screen. Then The Viper, came out of the smoke and leaped into the air, sending a storm of Shurikens at Goajiroth. The Shurikens peirced the wires on Goajiroth's back, which were sending powwer to him at the time, but now the wires were broken, and were malfunctioning!

Goajiroth was feeling weaker, and now it was Ignitus's turn to act. He sent an explosive powder towards Goajiroth, and made an explosion that burned Goajiroth's face. Then out of nowhere, Hurricurse then came, Dios Katana in Hand, and stabbed Goajiroth in the heart.

Goajirtoh looked at Hurricurse, and said something. "I will come back for you!"

Hurricurse did not take that very seriously. "Good luck with that!"

Hurricurse then turned into a Shantien, and got Kisisa, Arion, Terros, Yuki, Tiara, Sparky the Zinogre pup, and The Viper on his back, and Flew off, along with Ignitus and Blaze, and then faced the Bioship, and fired out of his mouth a Tenshou element beam that sent the Bioship to a sea below.

Then he came to the Mothership and brought it down with another Tenshou element beam, and the Mothership crashed on the shore of a beachside near Central City.

Chapter 28: A Happy ending after all.....

There was a celebration for the end of this battle against the Ssi-ruvi. The Ssi-ruvi who were now stranded on this world due to losing the mothership are scattered, and split into different splinter groups. Team Hurricane was now remembered by Revalius as the savior of the region, and the world.

Hurricurse then asked Kisisa to come with him to Remobra Beach one day, and when they got there, Hurricurse kneeled down, and showed her a the ring he got at the Yokohama festival before the Ssi-ruvi attack. The ocean wave like patterns on the ring were even more beautiful as the sunlight reflected on it. Hurricurse asked Kisisa to marry him. Kisisa was happy, and said "Yes".

Sometime later, the wedding was in full swing, and everyone in Team Hurricane, and many of Hurricurse's monster friends came.

Hurricurse was in his own suit that looked fairly ordinary for a wedding suit, but Kisisa was in a wedding gown made from Popo fur, and was strikingly gorgeous.

When the two lovers were officially married, nothing could ruin this moment.

Epilogue:  A new threat grows....

A Ssi-Ruvi splinter group managed to recover Goajiroth's body, and started to do expirements on it, but were interested in a substance they found in a ruin at the Val Habar region.

The Substance was a mutagen, and potentially a new source of energy at the same time. They named it "Zaphon".

But they had to do the research quickly, since it was only a matter of time before Hurricurse came looking for them.
