It has white scales and a blueish belly. On its back it has several black scales that are growing higher than normal scales. It has a flat tail that is equipped with several razor sharp blade-like excrescences that grow arrow-shaped. These blades can inflict paralysis. The wings are wide and have a light blue underside. It has a long mouth and the upper jaw grows a bit bigger than the lower jaw that it grows down. On the end the nose is formed roundly. It attacks with ice element. Its feet are big and have small scales on the underside that holds it on the ice. In Rage Mode it has ice breath and its underside glows brightly. The weakness is fire, then nature. It feeds of smaller monsters mostly Popos.

It lives in the Tundra and the Antarctic Ground.
